How long will F2M seafood stay fresh?

To enjoy the "just-harvested" flavor of our exotic products, we recommend you prepare them as soon as possible. If you do not plan to prepare your F2M selection within 2 days of delivery, you may wish to freeze it upon arrival.

How are F2M products shipped?

All of our products are shipped overnight via Federal Express from wherever they are harvested. Temperature control is maintained by utilizing recyclable polystyrene containers and reusable gel-pacs.

What happens if I order something and
FedEx doesn't deliver it?

If FedEx fails to deliver your order due to weather or mechanical issues, what they refer to in the FedEx Service Guide as an "Act of God," Farm 2 Market will reship your order at a future time convenient to you, with no additional charges. There will be no refunds, however, only in-house credits that can de deployed in the future any way you want.

Yes. Our products are expertly packed to avoid spillage or odors and will maintain the appropriate temperature for up to 24 hours.

What does the "catch weight" icon mean?

 The concept of "catch weight" was developed because many seafood items are not sized uniformly like a can of tuna. One particular group or 4 Dungeness crabs may weigh 6.9 pounds while another group may weigh only 6.1 pounds.
At a traditional seafood market, shoppers are accustomed to having their orders weighed at the counter, and paying for exactly what was weighed.
FARM 2 MARKET makes every effort to ship the precise weight that has been ordered. All items bearing the "catch weight" icon will be billed based on the actual weight of product shipped. You"ll pay for exactly what you receive.
