How to Serve Caviar
 |
Caviar should be stored and served very cold. Store it in your freezer before use. Serve it in a glass bowl placed in another bowl full of chopped ice.

Accompany with lemon wedges, canapé toasts, crackers and dark bread.

Surround with 4 small bowls of condiments: chopped onion, chopped hard-cooked egg—yolks and whites separate, and sour cream. |
